Now for what we call “Dream Time”
a behind the scenes look

“It's been a long time coming"

Once upon a time, a soon-to-be-wed couple—a Hockey Mom from Newfoundland with a great idea and a Huron Wendat Métis, descendant of the Gros-Louis bloodline from “Le village Huron” in Quebec City—decided to take their idea to the next level.

They found fans who loved the idea and were ready to invest their hard-earned money to make it a reality. They eventually connected with a potential investor who was launching multiple new locations of a restaurant franchise well-known to the future bride from back home

The Huron groom felt helpless regarding the newly uncovered mass graves, as he was old enough to give firsthand accounts. The bride had many friends who frequented these schools and lived through the horrific stories regarding the brothers and nuns who ran them.

Just as they were nearing the finish line and thought they had found the coveted investor ready to partner with them on their latest temporary tattoo prototypes, the deal of a lifetime slipped through their grasp. COVID-19 brought uncertainty, and the shutdown of all major sports was a devastating blow. The investor re-evaluated the risk and backed out of the potential deal.

Discouraged but determined, the couple regrouped and focused on securing a more stable income in these uncertain times. This made them feel worse about their inability to take action regarding the gruesome details being unveiled about the lost children. There was no progress towards emotional relief, and the burden of knowing the outcome affected their mental health and anxieties as their wedding approached.

One day, during a random conversation, a new investor showed interest. Once again, they got their hopes up, but the investor walked away for undisclosed reasons. The couple couldn’t give up after so many years of hard work and dedication. In the process of reviving the project, they discovered a flaw in the product’s current manufacturing form. They invested countless hours to get everything ready for launch and decided to give one last push to finish what they started years ago.

They re-analyzed the data, took all feedback into consideration, and redesigned the entire concept, including manufacturing. This transformed the product conceptually into a new direction, and the reaction from fans was epic. New ideas and ways to approach situations appeared effortlessly, and new hope was restored in a project that had been on the shelf for over three years.

A new candle was lit. However, they still wanted to take action in the spirit of reconciliation. After some reflection, they agreed to do something original and unprecedented. They decided to approach a deserving and capable Inuit woman, intending to hand her majority control of a potential multimillion-dollar corporation as a simple act of kindness in the spirit of reconciliation. They hoped this businesswoman would become a role model and inspiration for other young women from her village.

They both envisioned a future where this simple gesture would bring about immense good. They aspired for this act to stand as a memorable and symbolic representation of “In the spirit of reconciliation.”

Ultimately, it was designed to be a heartfelt contribution to the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of Indigenous women for many years to come.

Their primary goal was to achieve something unprecedented, almost like a scene from a fairy tale. Who simply approaches someone and, out of pure kindness, offers such an inexplicable gift of hope? They hoped to leave a lasting impression, proving that there are still caring individuals on this planet we call home.

Despite their efforts, they barely managed to gather enough capital to produce 10,000 times more skins than their previous 2,000-unit order for prototype testing.

They then welcomed their fans into their small, trusted circle, entrusting the entire future of this endeavor to these sports enthusiasts, whom they now affectionately refer to as their Hockey Family.

The soon-to-be-wed couple prefers to remain anonymous to keep the focus off themselves. They expressed a desire to “inspire others to take action in a joint effort to make the world a better place.”

When it comes to “DIY Nail Art,” using fine brushes and various nail polish colors can be challenging. Many people find that being right-handed makes it difficult to finish the other hand properly. This natural instinct led to the development of a solution.

This innovative product quickly gained unexpected popularity. After five prototypes, we have perfected the design. Introducing the New and Improved “Native Skins” Designs.
